What a night! England through to the finals!! Wembley was amazing 🎉 I’ve had barely any sleep so it’s going to be a short update today but let’s get started on today’s Symbol tweet update!

Symbol-based stablecoins

Here is an interesting @TrendStream tweet sent in by @SamiurR76186237. The comment is on the need to have Japanese Yen and US Dollar pegged stablecoins on the Symbol chain. @TrendStream comments that Zaif and other Japanese-based exchanges will be able to have Symbol settlement options but without price fluctuations allowing the customer to feel more secure when trading. I would love to see a USD pegged Symbol stablecoin, hopefully this will come in the not too distant future!

We seem to have a regular School of NEM section now on Symbol Blog and today is no exception! @alediemmee has sent in this @SchoolofNEM tweet about IchiGo. I wish I understood the site but unfortunately it may be off limits if you are not fluent in Japanese. It is however a super cool social networking platform where you can share a single word or phrase and send and receive NEM tips for your posts. Are there any plans to set up an English version of the site?

Breaking news!!

Finally(!) Bithumb have announced that they are listing XYM! Great to see XYM being listed on the biggest Korean exchange (and 8th largest in the world according to coinmarketcap)!
