XYM Comic gets sciency
The latest edition of XYM Comic has been released in English and Japanese and this time it focuses on Symbol’s use in a research setting. The comic introduces ShizuiNet and shows you how Symbol is used to ensure the traceability of dental pulp cells used in scientific research. It’s also funny ๐
JUGGLE
Opening Line Co., Ltd. has been selected as a support provider for the “IT Introduction Subsidy 2023” program, promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. Their file-sharing platform, “JUGGLE” has also been certified as an eligible tool for subsidy grants. JUGGLE allows companies to easily and securely share important digital data with external parties by utilising blockchain and public key encryption technologies. It aims to promote the transition from traditional password-protected ZIP file sharing (known as PPAP) and enhance the safety and productivity of business operations. Through the subsidy program, eligible small and medium-sized enterprises can receive a subsidy of up to half the cost of JUGGLE implementation for a maximum of two years.
There will be an online event demonstrating JUGGLE’s functionality and it looks like attendees will receive a ยฅ500 Amazon gift voucher and those that sign up for the free trial of the software will get a ยฅ1,000 reward – the events will be held on the 6th and the 10th July.
NEMTUS represents
It looks like NEMTUS members have been busy at various recent conferences. It looks like h_gocchi and @salaryman_tousi (and probably several others) have been flying the flag for Symbol and NEM. Good work guys! ๐
CANADE Cafe & Bar
Not long now… The CANADE Cafe and Bar will have its grand opening on 11th July, I wonder if Hatchet will still be travelling in Japan then? Anyway, it has now got its own page on Everyday Symbol waiting for the first reviews to come in. I am sure that many of our community will attend so don’t forget to put some pics on Twitter! ๐
Obviously, they will be accepting Symbol payment ๐ช
Charity
Sandwich Factory distributed the latest set of 20 free lunches (yum!) to children. They received 2,004 XYM in donations, we need to up this number next month. I will post the donation address and send some XYM if someone lets me know what it is!
